1.       西诺的发展历程
Mr. Li, can you make a brief introduction to the development of Sino?
 
8 years ago, we started Sino original plastic mould company. The workshop then was very small, it is only twice of this office (30 ㎡). From that time until now, I can say that every year our turnover doubled. This is not only because our marketing promotion is better than other companies, but also because in our company, every people, every official, they have very high quality mentality, I think this is the most important issue. I think that until now; our export turnover of this year is the biggest in the city, in Huangyan.
 
2     主营产品及优势
What’s your main product? And what are the advantages you have?
 
Now, we have three major fields: moulds, Dekumar machinery and Anole hot runner. About moulds, our advantage should be quality. High quality is the principle we have been holding on early from our establishment. If there’s something wrong with quality, or to say, if we think or predict that there maybe something wrong with quality, we will not proceed to the process of delivery. So our greatest advantage is in quality. We have bought an injection machine company, i.e. the Dekumar, from Ningbo by 18 million yuan. Now we have put into scale production, and in a few months time, we will begin the research. We have put much great effort to start up the project as soon as possible, and so to perfect the industrial chain. This is the ultimate aim of setting up the machinery company. For Huangyan is a mould city, and Ningbo manufacture lots of machine, if 80 customers go to Ningbo for machines, and at least 70 of them would probably come to Huangyan for moulds. So why not set up a company for injection machine? In this way, customers will be more convenient in their business of moulds and machine. Refer to the future development of our company, we not only provide customers with products, but also we offer them one-stop solution to their business. And this is the meaning of our machinery company. The Anole hot runner is set up for this purpose as well. So the advantage of our machinery and Anole hot runner is all-round service.
 
3         创业经历和发展计划
Starting from a small workshop, Sino has been brought up as a leading company in the city, and it will go on expanding its business in the future. Would you like to talk something about your business?
 
We start our business on Internet from the establishment, and the turnover at that time was about 80 million yuan. At present, we have more than 12,000 customers for mould only, and we have to quote for 5 million yuan moulds on average everyday. This year, the total value of our orders is 0.12 billion yuan, with about 80 million has been finished. The total numbers of moulds are 1500 sets. However, it doesn’t mean we do business with anyone. We only do business suitable for us. That is, we can assure the quality, and our customer can accept the price. If we accept whatever orders, I think our turnover maybe twice more. We have set up Machinery Company and hot runner company until now to perfect the industrial chain, and to offer one-stop service. We still plan to set up branch companies for moulds, i.e. auto moulds, home appliances moulds, pipe fitting moulds, etc. We do so in the hope that, for example, if auto Moulds Company cannot make profit, we still have pipe fitting Moulds Company. And on the other hand, by setting up Branch Company, we can promote our quality into a new level, and quality control could be stricter to ensure customer’s benefits.
 
4         贸易方式的选择
Sino’s moulds are sure of good quality, however, if you have not made much effort in market exploration, Sino wouldn’t have the fame today. So effective ways of advertising is also important for a company. Mr. Li, as a successor, can you give some suggestions to new companies on marketing?
 
Yes, you’re right. To become well known, advertisement is necessary. As for the effective ways for new companies, I think Internet is surely a nice choice. In fact, we have started Internet business early from the establishment. B2B business has been a trade tendency nowadays, and it is becoming more and more popular. So no need to worry about the quantity of people who know you from Internet. This is one point. Another is that start by Internet, your investment is low, but the effect cannot be estimated. There are so many free B2B platforms, and what you have to do is just registering. Of course, some investment will do better. For example, we are paid member of imould, and we will go on our corporation in the future. Maybe imould will be the professional IT team of Sino. I am confident what we get will be far more than what we have invested. The benefit cannot really be predicted.
